Even though my daughter is only in pre-K, her Spring Break has come as a wonderful breath of fresh air after months of routine. She is just as excited about being home from school for a week as an older child would be. And, I am excited as well.

Today we went to the beach with some friends. We chose Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, because it kept us away from the holiday crowds, but we still got an awesome white sand beach and lovely Gulf waters. We had a blast. I got sunburn.

I think one day this week we will go strawberry picking. It is the right season and we have the time, so it seems like something we should absolute not pass over this year. It has been three years since I have had time to plan a berry picking trip.
