I had someone e-mail me today asking me if I have ever tired mineral makeup. I have. In fact, I started using it back when there was only really one brand on the market. Now there are dozens of choices. And, they are all a little different. I urged her to try a few, as I have found that there are some that stay on my face longer, some that actually sting my skin, and others that are not worth the money when it comes to coverage. I have used trial and error to find what works with my skin.

Overall, I think mineral makeup is better for your skin that most any liquid makeup. More air is going to get through. Your pores are not going to be clogged in the same manner, and you have so much control over how the product goes on that you will imply be stunned.

Right now I happen to be out of the brand I like best, so I am using some liquid Clinique in the meantime. Nonetheless, I still prefer the way the minerals feel on my face.
