I’m Bilingual

Well, in all actually I only speak one language with any sill at all and that is English. My high school Latin and Spanish come to me in small flashes, but I would not want to depend on either of them to communicate.

When I say I am bilingual, I mean that I speak both Mac and PC. I have been a dual user since about 1995 and I for some reason I just cannot bring myself to go one way or the other fully and forsake one of the systems. In fact, I have a little KVM switcher so I can use my Mac and my PC with one monitor. It’s decidedly blissful to have immediate access to both, depending on my mood.

Back in the 80-s and early 90s, artists and designers preferred Mac because of the power they possessed and the fact that most design software was released in a Mac version first. That is no longer the case. PCs are as capable as Macs as tools for graphic design now. I know some people are still rabidly Mac, but it is 100% up to preference at this point. There is not really a “better” choice.
