In Vitro Identical Triplets
Wow.
The odds were wildly huge. Not only did Allison Penn finally achieve a pregnancy after years of infertility, she did it with in vitro and only one embryo. I just had a friend go through that very expensive process with three embryos and not become pregnant. It’s never a sure thing. The fact that Penn’s ONE embryo split into three identical parts is stunning! Identical triplets.
What an amazing blessing! Experts say it only happens once in every 200 million births.
I went through a LOT to have my daughter and I understand the emotions behind infertility treatment. I am thrilled for the Penns.
