We went to the Pirate and Princess Party at Disney’s Magic Kingdom last Friday. I LOVE this event. Not only is it a blast for the little princess obsessed girls, it also is a wonderful night where the lines for the rides are close to non-existent. Yes, we even got right onto Space Mountain!

Anyway, we got in line to meet Jasmine and almost as soon as we entered the line a cast member told us that Jasmine would be leaving in six minute. I looked at all of the people in line in front of us, not to mention the parents that were insisting on dozens of pictures of their children with Jasmine and I turned to my friend and said we may as well leave.

Thankfully, we listened to my daughter and her best friend. We stayed in line and my friend’s daughter was the last child to get to meet Jasmine. But, when she saw jasmine was about to be ushered off, she told Jasmine it was her friend’s birthday and my Gigi got to meet Jasmine as well. Not only that, we were the only group to have pictures with Jasmine, Abu, AND the Genie. Jasmine was on her way out, Abu and the Genie on their way in.
