Another Sweet Tooth Solution

OK, so it is not a literal cure for a late night sweet tooth craving, but when I was trying anything I could think of last night to avoid eating the chocolate that was on the forefront of my mind, I opted instead for a bubble bath with my chocolate scented soaps and bath creams. I sat back and enjoyed the hot water, frothy white bubbles and strong chocolate scent. It worked a small fix and my cravings subsided. Of course, the cup of hot ginger tea I took into the tub with me helped, too.

I can go all day without even feeling a hunger pang. Nights though, they are just terrible when it comes to feeling hungry and having an assortment of mental and emotional food cravings. If I could flip flop my  cravings schedule, I would be fine. I am busy enough during the day to put off any hankerings I might get for sour cream onion dip or rice pudding with orange blossom water. *sigh*
